Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in or attending any DressMD class, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. You must accept these Terms on or before your first day of class.

2. Prohibition on Recording and Photography

Taking photographs, screenshots, or recordings of any part of a class is strictly prohibited. This rule protects the privacy and intellectual property rights of all participants and instructors and complies with the policies of UWorld and First Aid.

3. Class Conduct

Students must keep their microphones muted unless speaking. Doubts should be raised only after a question or discussion has concluded, and students must not interrupt while a question is being delivered. When Dr. Lata addresses a question to a specific student, only that student may respond, and only when directed to do so.

4. Registered Email

The email address provided at enrollment cannot be changed, as it has been shared with UWorld and First Aid for subscription setup.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Examination outcomes depend on individual effort. DressMD does not guarantee any particular result.

6. Violations and Removal

DressMD may suspend or remove any student who violates these Terms, including by recording any class. Students removed for violations are not eligible for a refund.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

8. Disputes

Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dallas, Texas.

Refund Policy

1. Non-Refundable Fees

UWorld and First Aid subscription costs are non-refundable.

2. Three-Day Trial

Students may attend the first three (3) consecutive classes, beginning with their first class, as a trial period. Attending the fourth (4th) class makes the full course fee non-refundable and payable in full, even if the student leaves before the course is completed.

3. Early Withdrawal

A student who withdraws before attending the fourth (4th) class is eligible for a refund of the course fee, less $25 for each class attended.

4. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be made within the first three (3) consecutive classes and before attending the fourth (4th) class. To request a refund, email dressmdofficial@gmail.com with your full name and registered email address.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within seven (7) business days.

Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect your name, email address, and phone/WhatsApp number.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to enroll you, conduct classes, set up your UWorld and First Aid subscriptions, and provide support.

3. Information Sharing

We share your information with UWorld, First Aid, and the platforms used to deliver classes and support (Zoom and WhatsApp). We do not sell your personal information.

4. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing dressmdofficial@gmail.com.
